Here is the artisan bread I baked:

This one I don't do on a regular basis as it's kind of a special bread and requires to remember to start it on time. It takes 16 hours to rise so I have to remember to start it at the end of the afternoon the day before i need it and then it will take an hour to bake. It is a heartier bread with a crunchy crust, with a taste kind of the sourdough as it rise for so long, but not exactly as sourdough breads require a "starter". I'll say it's a "quick" version of the sourdough bread! lol

Don't be bashful, have yourself a slice! winks
